1. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver to most locations across India. If your pin code is serviceable, you’ll see the delivery options at checkout.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. In some remote areas, it may take up to 10 days.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can use it to check the real-time status of your order.
4. Can I return my order?
Since our products are food items, returns are not accepted once delivered.
5. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
6. What are the payment options available?
We accept Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin codes.
7. Are your products vegetarian and maida-free?
Yes, all products are 100% vegetarian, made from quality ingredients, and absolutely maida-free.
